Sparkling 'Jamie', by Renegade Urban Winery

Regular price £32.00

This exciting, standout, English sparkling wine is made at Renegade’s ‘urban’ winery in Walthamstow, East London, using Bacchus grapes grown in Wiltshire. Just 2,500 bottles of this awesome fizz were made.

Its a natural fizzy wine, or Pet Nat, (Petillant Naturel to give its full French title), where fermentation continues in the bottle, producing more CO2 and therefore bubbles. It uses completely natural ingredients and has nothing added at all. Just dry, fizzy, delicious, grape juice.

It's the perfect sparkling for any time of the year. Sophisticated enough to be a French sparkling alternative, but don't compare. This wine has a huge personality of its own, with bright peach and elderflower flavours.

Why we picked it?

Something unique, different, fun, and delicious. This wine has the wow factor. And we love it!

Jamie

This is Jamie. Literally speaking. He's lent his name, and face, to this magnificent English sparkling wine. But, unlike a lot of other English Sparklings, this one is made in its own style, and shows the true character and potential that English wine can have. Serve it nice and chilled, and watch it disappear.
