We want to make discovering new wines an enjoyable experience. So whether you've joined the club as a member, or you're ordering a one-off case, we'll make sure everything is faff-free.

We aim to dispatch all wine in 2-5 working days. We'll drop you a note as soon as its left the warehouse

Delivery

Our courier partner will deliver to you personally. We won't leave wine this good outside! If you miss it, re-arrange a convenient time that suits

We think you'll love your box. But if for any reason you need to, return in its original condition within 14 days*

First access to the most exciting new wine. Curated boxes of 6 or 12 bottles dropped every 3 months, themed around lesser known regions, grapes and styles. Never the same wine twice. Plus exclusive content and producer stories that will enhance your enjoyment and understanding of every new bottle.

No. Whilst our memberships offer the best way to discover new wines, you can also buy wine from our online shop if you want to choose. The minimum box size is 6 bottles. You can even buy a one-off curated box with no commitment.

No, we just kindly ask that you order a minimum of (any) 6 bottles, to help keep our costs and environmental impact down.

Absolutely. Our range of gift boxes are ideal presents for wine drinkers, offering a richer wine discovery experience, and beautifully presented. Instead of paying over the odds for that 'safe' Champagne, give them something they'll really remember.

Whether its a new membership, or a one off box, we'll get on your order right way. We'll aim to process all orders within 2 working days, but a maximum of 5. We'll notify you once the box has left our warehouse and you'll receive delivery the following day. If you need a box more urgently for that dinner party or last minute gift, drop us an email and we'll do our best to help.

We understand circumstances change. New memberships and single orders can be refunded if you notify us within 14 days of purchase. Just email us at customersupport@wildcasewines.com and we'll organise a refund once you've returned any wine to us.

Unfortunately, recurring members boxes cannot be returned after 14 days of subscribing. It takes a lot of effort to select, curate and deliver the perfect discovery box, so we hope you understand.

Your membership subscription will be taken automatically every three months from the date you first subscribed. Your next wine drop will follow 2-5 days after payment.

We're sure you're going to love the constant supply of new and exciting wines. But if you don't, or your circumstances change, you can skip a box, or cancel anytime in your online account. Any changes will be applied for your next upcoming payment.

Yes! We love the idea of choosing a few of your own bottles to accompany your members drop. Email us at customersupport@wildcasewines.com and we'll let you know how to add these to your next drop. Or if you want them sooner, simply check-out in the online shop (6 bottle minimum applies).

If you currently subscribe to the 6 bottle membership tier and would like to upgrade to the 12, just let us know!

Many of our favourite wines from previous members drops are available in the online shop. Order them directly or contact us to add some to your next members box. But be quick - all our wines come from small batch producers where only limited quantities are produced.

We extensively test every bottle we send, using producers we trust, to ensure quality every time. We understand personal preferences play a part with wine. But keep an open mind and we’re sure you’ll find many new wines that you absolutely love.

You'll get a box every 3 months from the date you first joined the club. We'll send you a note prior to each drop to let you know its coming. If you want to check your next drop date, log on to your account through the membership email link. Any issues, just drop us a note at customersupport@wildcasewines.com
