Gift boxes can be delivered in 1-3 business days if you select the express option at Checkout. Our gift subscriptions typically take 2-5 days for the first delivery to be received.

We'll notify you once the box has left our warehouse and delivery will be the following day. If you need a gift more urgently, drop us an email and we'll do our best to help.

Absolutely. Tick the 'add gift message' box in the cart prior to checkout.

We understand circumstances change. Orders can be refunded if you notify us within 14 days of purchase. Just email us at customersupport@wildcasewines.com and we'll organise a refund once you've returned any wine to us.
