A white wine full of flavour that showcases the unique coastal area of Darling Hills.
As the name suggests, there’s a distinct salinity to this wine - the vines are planted directly in the face of icy Atlantic winds, which carry salt into the vineyards, coating the grapes.
The cool evenings produce grapes with great flavour intensity, and the balance of fresh tropical fruits with a salty backdrop is spot on.

A wine that combines the best elements of three different Sauvignon Blanc styles in one - the light oak maturation of a white Bordeaux; tropical flavours represent a Marlborough; whilst the refreshing acidity and mineral finish of a Sancerre is there.
